Peter Liew: Peter, my one and only brother is a Special Child. He has disability in speech; however, he has great interest in solving jigsaw puzzles. He's 18 in Mar 09 and due to his disability, he is not able to work normally as all of us do. My intention is to find something he could work on and also to help build his confidence.
